Technical input review
Wheel and tyre drawings, physical samples, vehicle load data and operational requirements are reviewed to establish the technical basis of the application.
Application-specific development
REPA develops runflat and beadlock systems around the actual wheel, tyre and vehicle requirements of each application.
Each system can be engineered to accommodate existing wheel interfaces, including CTIS components, tyre pressure sensors and related valve arrangements, while considering vehicle load, operating conditions and required zero-pressure mobility.
A reliable runflat system starts with a complete understanding of the wheel assembly. REPA evaluates not only the tyre and rim geometry, but also the interfaces required for CTIS operation, pressure monitoring, valves and wheel-mounted components.
Wheel and tyre drawings, physical samples, vehicle load data and operational requirements are reviewed to establish the technical basis of the application.
Runflat geometry is developed around the complete wheel assembly, with provisions for CTIS lines, valves, pressure sensors and other required interfaces.
Approved geometry is translated into controlled production data, combining product engineering with the manufacturing processes required for repeatable production.
Critical dimensions, clearances and interfaces are verified before final production and wheel integration.
Review drawings, samples, vehicle load and operational requirements.
Resolve CTIS, valves, sensors and wheel-mounted interfaces.
Translate approved geometry into controlled production data.
Verify critical dimensions, clearances and interfaces.
Our team will route it to the relevant Repa engineering, manufacturing or commercial function.
